Lion House Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp dry yeast
- 2 cups warm water
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup dry milk
- 2 ½ tsp salt
- 5-6 cup flour
- 1 egg
Instructions
- Stir dry yeast and warm water together and let sit for 5 min.
- Combine sugar, butter, dry milk, and salt stir well then dump in yeast mixture.
- Add flour ½ c at a time, after 2 cups of flour add the egg.
- Add 5 to 6 cups flour until dough is not sticky to touch.
- Let dough sit for 45 min or until triple in size. Roll rolls out and cut into triangles and shape like croissants.
- Bake 400 15 to 20 min.
