Copycat Cafe Rio Queso
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup half and half
- 4 ounces Velveeta
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup jalapeno chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- tortilla chips
Instructions
- Combine half and half, Velveeta, cheddar cheese and cream cheese in a sauce pan and melt on low.
- Once melted add other ingredients and stir until combined. Serve with chips or vegetables for dipping.
