Poulsen Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients
- 2 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup worchster sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- salt and pepper
- 16 lbs. Country Style Ribs
Instructions
- Cut ribs in half or thirds (2-3 inches long). Slow boil for 2-3 hours. Drain meat.
- Place ribs in crock pot with sauce for 3 to 4 hours high or 5 to 6 hours low. Dutch oven is 2 hours at 400 degrees.
