BBQ Rub
Ingredients
- 1 cup brown Sugar
- 2 tbls Paprika
- 2 tbls Garlic Powder
- 2 tbls Salt
- 2 tbls Pepper
- 2 tbls Onion Powder
- 1 tbls Jack Daniel's Steak Rub
- 1 tbls Bone Suckin Sauce Rub
- 1 tbls Honey Hog BBQ
- Pork Shoulder or Pork Butt
- liquid smoke
Instructions
- Mix all the seasonings together well and then rub over the meat (pork, chicken, brisket)
- Place in slow cooker and pour liquid smoke to cover the bottom.
- Cook for 8-10 hours and then shred. When ready to serve add BBQ sauce of choice.
