Raspberry Topping
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries, divided
Instructions
- Smash half of the raspberries and combine with sugar in a saucepan.
- Mix the cornstarch and water together and add to the raspberries in the saucepan.
- Heat over low to medium heat until thick. Add the other half of lightly smashed raspberries.
