Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 12 hard boiled eggs
- 3/4 cup mayonaise
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- salt
Instructions
- Peel and cut 12 hard boiled eggs in half
- Separate the yolks and shred the yolks with a grater
- Reserve 3/4 cup of shredded yolk. Combine the rest of the yolk with the other ingredients.
- Pipe filling into egg white shelves and sprinkle with the remaining grated yolk
