Cinnamon Roll Kabobs
Ingredients
- 1 7.5 oz. can of refrigerated biscuits
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 T. ground cinnamon
- finely chopped pecans, optional
- 10 wooden skewers, soaked in water
- Glaze
- 3 T. melted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 T. milk
- 1/4 t. vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a small bowl combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Open the tube of dough, take one biscuit and roll it into 5" long rectangle. Brush on butter and sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon mixture (and pecans, optional). Roll up dough lengthwise and cut into 4 mini cinnamon rolls. Skewer the cinnamon rolls and place on a large, greased cookie sheet. Bake 350 approximately 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Whisk together glaze ingredients and drizzle over the top. Serve hot!
