Roasted Red Pepper Dip
Ingredients
- 7oz. jar roasted red peppers, thoroughly drained and diced
- ¾ C. mayo
- 8oz. package of cream cheese, softened
- 2 T. dried minced onion
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 12 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine mayo, cream cheese, onion, garlic and mustard. Add the pepper jack and diced peppers
- Put mixture in an 8"x 8" pan, or a pretty pie plate. *If you'd like, you can cover and refrigerate for 2-3 days before heating.
- Bake for 30-45 minutes. Remove from oven when the dip is golden and bubbly on top. Serve right away.
