Toasted Chicken Salad Mini Naan Sandwich
Ingredients
- 8 stonefire Mini Naan
- 2 cups diced cooked chicken breast
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tbsp sliced green onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 8 slices of ripe tomates
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 slices of cooked bacon
- Alfalfa Sprouts
- Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken salad, place the diced chicken, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, green onions and celery in a bowl and mix together. Season to taste.
- Toast the mini naan and start to build the sandwiches.
- Spread the chicken salad on the non bubbly side of 4 of the toasted naan.
- Top with the remaining ingredients and the remaining naan.
- Cut sandwiches in half and secure halves with a toothpick.
