Beef Kabobs
Ingredients
- 2 large cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 teaspoons black pepper
- For the Kabob:
- 5 lbs of sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 purple onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 pound mushrooms
- 2 pints cherry tomatoes
Instructions
- Combine marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag and add steak cubes. Marinate in refrigerator for 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Cut all the vegetables into chunks that can be skewered. Arrange the meat and vegetables onto skewers as desired. Grill over hot coals, about 3 minutes per side.
