Parmesan Potatoes
Ingredients
- 6 Red Potatoes, Medium Size
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup butter
- Kraft Shredded Parmesan Cheese (in the refrigerated cheese section of store)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Wash and Cut red potatoes in half.
- Melt butter in 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over melted butter. Place potatoes cut side down on the butter and cheese. Bake for 45 min or until potatoes are tender. Parmesan cheese should make a golden brown crust on cut side of potatoes.
