Fresh Salsa
Ingredients
- 28 oz. canned diced tomatoes
- 3/4 can diced green chilies
- 1/4 can jalapenos
- 1 bunch green onion with stems, rough chop
- 2 cloves garlic or 1 teaspoon fresh bottled garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh diced cilantro
- 1/2 to 1 juiced lime
Instructions
- Combine chilies, jalapeno, green onions, garlic, salt, lime and cilantro in blender. Pulse until well mixed.
- Add tomatoes and stir around with a spoon to combine.
- Pulse 3-4 times until well combined.
- Refrigerate and serve with Tortilla chips.
