Tortilla Mexican Soup
Ingredients
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 c chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic minced
- 2 c shredded chicken
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 c chicken broth
- frozen corn
- ¼ c white wine
- 1 tbsp jalapeno
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp Worchester sauce
- ½ tsp chili powder
Instructions
- In a frying pan combine olive oil, onion, garlic and chicken.
- Combine all other ingredients in the crock pot and add chicken mixture.
- When ready to serve Top with cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
