Lemon Cake
Ingredients
- 1 pkg Yellow Cake Mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 small pkg Lemon Instant Pudding
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup plus 1 T. Water
Instructions
- Preheat over to 350.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix and oil in bowl. Add water and beat 2 minutes. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Pour into well greased and floured cake pan.
- Bake 45 to 50 mins
- GLAZE: (I make this right before cake comes out of oven) Juice of one lemon and 1 1/2 c powdered sugar. It should be the consistency of glue~might need to add more lemon juice or sugar.... Punch holes with a tooth pick or fork on top of warm cake and pour glaze over and spread
