A Side of Grapes
Ingredients
- 2 lbs. seedless green grapes
- 2 lbs. seedless red grapes
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 cup pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Wash grapes and COMPLETELY dry them. Remove from the vine and mix them together in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, mix sour cream, cream cheese, white sugar and vanilla. Fold the dry grapes into the mixture. Put the grape mixture into a 9X13 pan.
- Toast pecans in a frying pan on low between 5-8 minutes. Chop them into small pieces. Mix them with brown sugar. Sprinkle over the grapes.
- Chill for several hours or overnight.
