Blizzard Party Mix

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Corn Chex
  • 2 cups miniature pretzels
  • 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • 20 caramels, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pkg (10 to 12 oz.) white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients.
  2. In a double boiler melt the white chocolate; stir until smooth. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat.
  3. Immediately spread onto waxed paper lined baking sheets; let stand until set, about 20 minutes.
  4. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
