Carmel Corn
Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- ½ cup karo (original)
- 1 cup butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp. soda
- 6 qts. Popped pop corn
Instructions
- Place popped popcorn in a sprayed roasting pan.
- Combine 1st 4 ingredients, bring to a boil and boil for just 5 minutes (stirring). Do not over boil. Add vanilla and soda and stir well.
- Pour over popcorn and mix well.
- Bake at 250 degrees for 45 minutes (stirring every 15 minutes).
