Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • ¾ c. brown sugar
  • ¾ c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. nutmeg
  • ½ tsp. cloves
  • ½ tsp. ginger
  • 2 t. soda
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 1 c. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Hand mix the wet ingredients and then combine the two.
  3. Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over stir. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 in bundt pan. Let cool and then frost with caramel frosting.
