Pumpkin Cake
Ingredients
- 3 c. flour
- ¾ c. brown sugar
- ¾ c. sugar
- 2 tbsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. nutmeg
- ½ tsp. cloves
- ½ tsp. ginger
- 2 t. soda
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 c. melted butter
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Hand mix the wet ingredients and then combine the two.
- Mix just until the dry ingredients are moistened. Do not over stir. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 in bundt pan. Let cool and then frost with caramel frosting.
