Ingredients
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cream butter and sugar. Add one at a time, add milk and vanilla and mix ntil well combined.
- Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
- Form into large balls. I use a large ice cream scoop. Roll and cover completely in sugar in cinnamon. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and press down with a spatula to make a small patty.
- Bake at 350 degrees 12 minutes. You can also bake at 375 for a crisy edged cookie.
