Three Bean Chili
Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) cans of Kidney Beans, undrianed
- 2 (16 oz.) cans of Pinto Beans, undrained
- 2 (16 oz.) cans of Black Beans, undrained
- 2 lb. Ground Beef
- 1 small Yellow onion, chopped
- 1 small Green Pepper, chopped
- 1 (14 oz.) can Diced Tomatoes
- 3 tsp. Chili Powder
- 1 ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Garlic Salt
- ½ tsp. Ground Pepper
- ½ tsp. Cumin
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 (6 oz.) can Tomato Paste
Instructions
- In large pan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until meat is browned. Drain excess grease. In a large pot, combine with remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Top with sour cream.
- This can also be made in a crockpot. Brown the beef, onion and green peppers. Add the beef and other items to a crockpot and cook on low until ready to serve.
