Chicken Pasta
Ingredients
- 16 ounces fettuccini
- 3 to 4 chicken boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 ½ teaspoon Lawry’s seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 tablespoon water
- ½ cup butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ½ to 2 cups half and half
- 2 ½ cups broccoli florets steamed, optional
Instructions
- Cook fettuccini according to package directions.
- While pasta cooks, season chicken with Lawry’s and brown in lightly oiled skillet. Remove chicken from skillet. Add water and butter; heat until butter melts. Add garlic and sauté. Stir in cream cheese and half and half; stir until cream cheeses melts.
- Drain pasta.
- In large serving bowl, combine cooked pasta with chicken, Pour sauce over and toss well.
- **Can be served with broccoli mixed into the pasta or served on the side.
