Best Teriyaki Marinade
Ingredients
- One bunch green onions
- Half pound ginger root
- Two bulbs garlic
- Three cups white sugar
- 10 oz. soy sauce
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups saki (optional)
Instructions
- Makes enough marinade for 5-7 lbs. of meat.
- Chop the green onions, slide the ginger root, peel and smash the garlic. Pour say sauce over the top. Add the water, then add the sugar and mix well. Make the sauce a day before you add the meat. Stir before adding meat to make sure sugar is mixed.
- Chicken marinate for 2 days. Steak marinate overnight. Burgers mix with the meat.
