Homemade Hot Fudge
Ingredients
- 1-12 oz. bag chocolate chips (semi sweet)
- 2 sticks butter
- Almost 2 cans of evaporated milk
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- Melt butter and chocolate chips on low heat. Add sugar and milk. Blend well. Boil then cook 8 minutes, continually stirring. Add 1 tsp. vanilla after removing from the heat. It thickens as it sits and is usually really thick the next day.
