Potato Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 24 oz. frozen hashbrowns (diced is preferred)
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 3 eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
- Pour hash browns into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour melted butter over the frozen hash browns. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- While the hash browns bake, mix the cheeses, ham, eggs, milk and salt. Pour mixture over potatoes and bake another 35-40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
