Cheese Ball

Ingredients
- 2 8-oz packages cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 T finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
- 2 t. seasoning salt
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1/2 c. pecan pieces, chopped
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well.
- When thoroughly mixed, shape into a ball and roll the ball in crushed pecans.
- Chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
