Cinnamon Butterscotch Bundt
Ingredients
- 18 frozen white dinner rolls
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 small package jello butterscotch pudding (not instant/cook kind)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 cup pecans (optional) Trader Joes candied pecans
Instructions
- Grease a bundt pan heavily and arrange rolls in the pan, then sprinkle with cinnamon. .
- Mix pudding and nuts and sprinkle over top.
- Melt the butter in the microwave and add brown sugar and mix. Mix butter and sugar with a couple more shakes of cinnamon and spread on top of rolls.
- Cover with foil and freeze.
- When ready to bake. Let rise for 5 hours. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
