Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 24 oz. frozen potatoes ( I use the ones with onion and green peppers)
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 ½ cup Monterey jack cheese
- 1 ½ cup cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ cup cubed ham
- ½ teaspoon season salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
Instructions
- Put potatoes in bottom of 9X13 pan.
- Pour butter on the potatoes.
- Layer cheese and ham.
- Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
- Beat eggs, milk, and salt. Add to the casserole. Bake at 350 (very important to change temperature) for additional 20-25 minutes.
