German Pancakes
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ cup butter
Instructions
- Heat oven to 425.
- Melt ¼ cube butter in a 9X13 pan, but do not let it burn.
- Whip together 6 eggs and 1 cup milk until well beaten. Slowly tap in a cup flour mixed with salt. Keep beating continually. Pour into hot baking dish.
- Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve with syrup and powdered sugar.
