Buttermilk Waffles
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup butter
Instructions
- Beat eggs until fluffy (fluffy eggs is the secret to great waffles).
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together.
- Alternate mixing dry ingredients and buttermilk into fulffy eggs.
- Mix butter into batter last.
- Serve with buttermilk syrup and fresh berries.
