Dry Ice Rootbeer
Ingredients
- 5 lbs. bag white sugar
- 5 gallons cold water
- 1 large bottle root beer extract
- 10 lbs. dry ice
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix together sugar and water, stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the root beer extract.
- Carefully place the dry ice into the bowl. Let the mixture brew for at least an hour before serving.
- Works great in a black cauldron for Halloween. Buy 3 lbs. extra dry ice to put in as people arrive for smoke. Leftover root beer can be stored in gallon milk jugs.
